TSF program for health service providers in partnership with MAMA Network on basic reproductive health rights and ways to reduce unsafe abortion. The goal was to help service providers strengthen their knowledge and skills so they can offer safe, respectful, and rights-based reproductive health services.
During the training, participants gained a deeper understanding of reproductive rights, service delivery, and effective counseling and care practices. The sessions also highlighted the need for non-judgmental attitudes, access to family planning, and timely referrals to prevent unsafe abortion and its complications.
This training helped improve the participants’ capacity to provide better reproductive health services, promote safe practices, and reduce maternal deaths and illnesses. Overall, it was an important step toward ensuring that everyone can access reproductive health care with dignity, safety, and respect.
